Basilicata Coast to Coast A band of ragtag musicians, friends since childhood, decide to revive their band and take part in a festival in Policoro. Their story is all about their voyage! They decide to cross the entire region of Basilicata, only one hundred kilometers, but they set out to make the trip on foot! It turns out to be a voyage full of surprises, serendipity and chance encounters, across a landscape of incredible beauty and through little towns forgotten by time. And there is music, their music that, along the way, they create, rehearse and occasionally perform. The group's idea was to get beyond the din of everyday modern life, and hopefully discover if there still exist the melodies of their roots and of their land. Will they make it to that other coast, to their festival destination? The outcome will be a big surprise, and somewhat bittersweet.
